The terms of
Use.

Last update: February 2026

1. Nature of service

CAMED operates as a technological platform for patient navigation and the planning of telemedicine services. CAMED is NOT a health care provider, does NOT issue diagnoses, does NOT prescribe medicines, or commercializes or distribute medical cannabis. Our role is limited to facilitating the connection between patients and well-licensed health care providers.

2. Medical autonomy

All clinical decisions, diagnoses and potential prescriptions are an exclusive and autonomous responsibility of the health care provider. The use of CAMED's binding services does not in any way guarantee that the patient will be given a prescription for cannabis-based therapy.

3. Absence of Performance Guarantees

If the treating doctor decides to prescribe a cannabinoid therapy or a compounded prescription, CAMED does not guarantee medical, therapeutic, disease care or symptomatic relief. The response to treatment is highly variable and individual.

4. Medical emergencies

The platform and telemedicine services scheduled through CAMED are not designed, intended or authorized to care for medical emergencies. If you have a medical or psychiatric emergency, you should contact the nearest emergency centre or contact national care.

5. User's obligations

The user undertakes to provide true, complete and exact information during triage, evaluation and consultation. Any information about the medical history, comorbidities or consumption of substances removes the health care provider and CAMED from liability for adverse events.

6. Applicable Act

The terms are regulated and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute concerning the use of the platform shall be submitted to the competent courts of Colombia.
