2. Sensitive Data Treatment
Since our service involves co-ordination of health care, we collect data that are legally regarded as sensitive (Medical information, medical history, diagnoses). We explicitly inform you that:
- You are NOT required to authorize the processing of your sensitive data.
- However, providing this information is essential to book the appointment and allow the professional to carry out a clinical assessment.
- We require his explicit, prior and informed authorisation to process these data.
3. Purpose of Treatment
The data collection shall be used exclusively for the following purposes:
- Agendation and co-ordination of telemedicine citations.
- Identification and compliance with care regulations.
- Secure information transfer to the treating doctor, who will be the legal custodian of his Clinical History.
- Contact for administrative monitoring and sending of transactional information.
4. Custody of Clinical History
According to Colombian regulations, Clinical History is a private document, required and submitted to a reservation. Access is strictly limited to users, health care team and competent authorities. Clinical records are guarded by the health care provider under strict safety standards.
5. Rights of the Holder (Habeas Data)
as information holder, you have the right to know, update, rectify and request the deletion of your personal information (except where there is a statutory maintenance duty, such as clinical history). To exercise these rights, send an application to our contact post.
6. Cookies, attribution and analytics
We use a strictly necessary cookie called camed _ consent _ v1with a maximum duration of 180 days, to remember their preferences. That cookie isn't used for advertising.
From the entrance we count public page visualizations using daily totals per page, even if you reject optional cookies. This counter does not use cookies or browser storage, does not create identifiers and does not save IP, relative, URL parameters, location, device data or individual events. It excludes private payment links, internal forms and operational portals. It cannot identify unique visitors or rebuild tours. The accommodation processes applications and can preserve technical records necessary to operate and protect the site, separate from this counter.
Just as you authorized, our own analytics have been pdubious:
- The arrival page, visited pages, links, buttons and sections used, browsing destinations, reading depth and time ranges.
- Source, medium, campaign, UTM content, reference and advertising code available.
- General categories of device, system, browser and screen size, language, time zone and an anonymous CAMED reference.
- If a pseudonym browser returns, visit number, days from first visit and page number inside the session.
- Approximate country, region and town derived by our accommodation platform, without keeping IP address, coordinates or postal code in the analytics table.
- Conversion administrative events, such as WhatsApp opening, voluntary sending confirmation, program request or payment start.
The CAMED reference allows us to link a conversation voluntarily initiated at WhatsApp with its source channel. It does not include name, phone, symptoms, diagnosis and clinical information. For new events, his own analytics retain general browser and system categories rather than the complete user agent and does not create a device fingerprint. The own identifiers and individual events have a maximum retention of 180 days.
Search engines normally do not communicate to the site an exact consultation written by a person. CAMED only registers a term if it's explicitly included in an authorized campaign, for example using UTM parameters and in other cases we have general intention categories from the pages and controls used.
To evaluate whether cookies notice is understandable, we register the choice - accept, use only necessary or save preferences - without association with an identifier, address, page visited or user agent. That added measurement is also performed when only what's necessary is chosen.
If advertising is authorized, Google Ads and Meta Pixel are enabled to measure campaign performance. These providers can treat advertising identifiers, IP address and browser information according to their own policies. The WhatsApp opening differs from voluntary confirmation that the message was sent, so as to avoid presenting a simple click as a conversation. CAMED does not send these platforms clinical information and forms.
You can accept, reject or select separate categories. Can also change your decision at any time by Configure cookies at the foot of the page. Rejection does not prevent browsing, applying for guidance or using WhatsApp.
7. Security and maintenance
We have been applying technical and administrative controls to restrict access to analytical information. Individual analytical events are automatically eliminated after more than 180 days. Additional conclusions that no longer identify a pseudonym reference can be preserved for historical analysis. The administrative, contractual or clinical data are consistent with the statutory deadlines for each category.
