No. CAMED coordinates guidance and evaluation. The doctor determines whether a document should be issued, what appropriate document and what information may be included after a review of the case.
A medical statement replaces the medical prescription?+
No. A care medical statement, a prescription and a copy or summary of a medical history have different functions. If a treatment requires prescription, a medical statement does not replace it.
Do you serve to travel, work or put her before an authority?+
No single answer. The entity that receives the document, the airline, the employer or the authority may require different requirements. Before applying, confirm the name, content, validity and format they accept.
Can I order the document without consultation?+
